Grimes Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Int'l and Comparative Law at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law,    a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the  President and CEO of the International Smart Mediation and Arbitration Institute (SmartArb) and a Member of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center (SVAMC).
